International Friendly
I'm seriously thinking about under 2.5 goals. German championship has just ended, and the last thing on the players minds right now is another useless friendly. 4 days ago they played in China, where they drew 1-1. So they've been on the road a lot recently (Germany - China - Dubai) and the squad is the second best, with many fringe players, and no player from Leverkusen or Werder, who played the german cup final on saturday. They still look good in attack however, with Podolski, Gomez and Cacau making it a very good line, but it's motivation that I think they will lack. The temperature will be very hot, and it will certainly leave a mark on the players fitness. And if the players will take on the field with the same attitude as in the China match ("yeah, let's get this over with"), I think they could have the same problems. UAE will probably be very motivated to snatch a good result (a draw will probably be a fantastic result), and even though quality is still overwhelmingly in the Mannschaft's favour, I trust UAE not to concede more than 2. GL!
